Picture the scene. You come out of a nightclub with a group of your girl friends. You decide that the best thing to do is to walk up to the nearest taxi rank and get a taxi together. This story may seem like a one off to you but to the taxi driver, that is the sort of abuse that he gets every single night, sometimes several times a night. Thankfully this group of girls weren't violent like many others. In situations like this, taxi drivers should feel safe and secure which is why in-cab CCTV was invented.
