Im sure most women find men at one time or another, unromantic. Many of Taylors most popular songs contain elements of romance or fantasy.

Another powerful element in Taylors lyrics is a bittersweet melancholy in growing up. Looking back at simpler childhood days. Taylor is very good at dispensing nostalgic imagery pertaining to looking back at childhood.
