Taylormade Rbz Irons Deliver Solid Feel And Beautiful Ball Flight

There was a huge amount of buzz around TaylorMades RocketBallz range when it launched at the start of the year and it's fair to say the RBZ irons stand up to the impressive woods very well. The TaylorMade RBZ irons are made for the mid to high-handicap golfers who want more distance and forgiveness so that they can hit it farther and still have a good control on the ball flight.

In fact I hit Titleist ap2 712 Irons well but they are not price friendly. I tried Others but nothing I really like. So back to TM and hit the rocketballz. They are really forgiving, but when you hit that sweet spot the trajectory is amazing. The TaylorMade RocketBallz RBZ Irons have a very large and forgiving sweet spot. These clubs are amazing, lightweight, great looking, nice balance. Ball after Ball, even on slight mishits, it seemed to go much straighter, felt more solid at impact and the ball flight was beautiful.

The TaylorMade RBZ irons are designed to give the player maximum ballspeed and pinpoint accuracy. And you will notice that these clubs induce a small draw, which is really nice. Other clubs like the Callaway (we say the popular Callaway X-24 Hot Irons) tend to have a much larger offset which results in a full-fledged hook if you typically hit the ball fairly straight like me. My swing never seems to be the same on consecutive strokes as much as I'd like, so having that little bit off leeway was something I really thought would help my game.

With the RBZ Irons, I noticed the flight path of my ball flying extremely straight and I was hitting the correct distances that I had hoped for. The solid feel of the clubs results in a high degree of confidence for me. I feel like I dont need to work very hard and the clubs feel smooth and consistent throughout the swing. The club shafts are a bit longer than other clubs I tested which allows for more club head speed, but may sacrifice some accuracy. The top-line is pretty thick which doesn't look too great.

The key to the TaylorMade RocketBallZ RBZ Irons distance performance is their large, thin clubface that flexes like a trampoline thanks to a strong, stiff perimeter and a thin inner edge. From small, compact short-irons, through deep undercut-cavity mid irons, and large hollow long irons, each iron is designed to promote the proper trajectory and distance gapping. It makes for a really nice sight line down the shaft and the same comfort most of us know from standard clubs at the address.
