Another benefit of the web that cannot be stressed enough is that of communication. It is a very simple matter to fire up one's mail client and send off an email and similarly simple to open one's mail client to check for any new messages. Because of this, communication has gotten much simpler. A real estate agent should be able to keep in constant touch with his clients whether on the go or at the office. Email and instant messaging are both ways of doing such and are tools just as important to the modern real estate agent as the simple pen and paper. In the real estate market, communication is key, and if nothing else, the web excels at communication and by that same token, getting in touch with potential clients.
