The best way to avoid cavity is to brush twice a day and floss daily. Go for regular dental checkups and avoid foods and drinks that are high in sugar.

Discoloration of teeth, tooth sensitivity, rounded teeth, transparent or sand blasted appearance and cracking are the major symptoms of teeth.
