It's time to get healthy! If you've spent the winter in sedentary mode, it's time to use the change of seasons as an inspiration to change your health habits. You need to ramp up your vitality and energy so that you'll be at your best to handle the challenges ahead.

Here are ten ideas for revitalizing your energy this spring.

1. First, literally cleanse yourself. The best cleanse combines a few days of fasting with colon hydrotherapy. If you're new to cleansing, though, there are many store-bought cleanses that will serve you nicely. The idea is to clean your digestive system, and you're likely to find that a good cleanse will help you drop a few pounds in a matter of days. 2. Get outside. The weather is nicer now, and even if you just take a walk or two, the fresh air and sunshine will do you good. Vitamin D from the sun is one of the healthiest things you can take in these days.
