1, Project Name: Maoming Thermal Power Plant Unit 7 (1 600MW) desulfurization engineering
2, Tender No.: G4014 3, qualified bidders meet the following eligibility requirements:
(1) is registered in The People's Republic of China, can independently assume civil liability of legal persons, do not accept the tender of this project by two or more companies bidding consortium; and only the legal and financial independence, in accordance with commercial law operation and is independent of the buyer and the agency tender bidders to participate in the bidding.

(4) bidders must have and Commerce Ministry issued or the original power sector (thermal power) or a class or of the original Ministry of Housing and Urban Environmental Engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction (exhaust) Special Project Design Grade A is one.
(5) the preliminary design does not allow subcontracting, such as construction design be subcontracting, design subcontractors are required to have the Ministry of Housing and Urban Ministry issued or the original power (thermal) or a chemical or metallurgical industry level design qualification.
(6) has a good bank credit and business reputation, not in being ordered to suspend business, property receivership, freezing, bankrupt state.
4, registration time and to obtain the tender documents
