Actually, whether you use a hand held or hands-free cell phone, it does not matter, you are still putting your life in danger as well as that of your passengers. Even though you have both your hands on the wheel, it does not necessarily mean that you are focusing on your driving itself; the truth is you don't because your mind is engaged in other activities talking to the person on the other line.

It has been proven that texting while driving is more dangerous than drunk driving. Nevertheless, both are still dangerous and can cost lives.
