. I just found it on the Internet and here is my take on things

Yesterday while I was watching House, I got a call from a friend who I knew in college. He wanted to meet up at a bar in a few hours.

I hadn't seen this guy in nearly 10 years so I was excited to see how he had changed.

"Hey bro" he yelled over the music from across the bar.

"I almost didn't recognize you" and then he laughed a little before his next comment He leaned over a little and told me "You've really turned into a fatty nowadays".

I quickly remembered how annoying he used to be in college.

I used to get a little pissed when I'd hear people call me fat. Back in college I was a skinny guy with a little bit of lean muscle.

Now people were calling me fat.

And it was feeling just a little strange to say the least. My friend and I talked about old times and then parted ways. He was going back to California the next day and I had to work bright and early.

I should have gone to bed when I got home at 2AM that night.

But I couldn't get the fat guy comments out of my head. I had to find a way to lose weight so I jumped on the Internet.

Then the solution dropped right in my lap!

I came across this guy named Joel Marion's website. It was about something called the 1000 calorie challenge. The guy has this page where he is giving away a report on losing fat plus an example of the diet you should use.

I'd seen this Arnel guy before. He was supposed to be a workout expert.
