They tell themselves that it would to be good to achieve it, but they do not necessarily need to achieve it. You need to have a burning desire for what you want in order to make it come true.

3. And finally, have a strong and intense passion for what you do. If you do not have the passion, you will never have the drive and motivation to do it. And if you do not have the drive, you will quit and give up very soon. Even if you do not quit, you are not going to do it with your best because you do not have the passion for it. Successful people are passionate with their work and their goals. They love what they do and they are willing to spend more hours and more effort than ordinary people.
