The 5 Different Styles Of Paintballing

There are 5 main types of styles when it comes to playing paintballing, the one which you play like will depend on your personality, confidence and love of paintballing! Each style has it's pros and cons, you may find certain styles of paintballing are more enjoyable for you personally then others. I suggest you try all of these out while paintballing, you never know what you'll enjoy.

The Lone Wolf

This is all about taking down as many people as possible by yourself, going off on your own to find people to shoot, no following any sort of battle plan, simply shooting anything and everything which moves! Apart from your own team mates of course.

The Team Player

This is probably the most common type of player, they'll go in a small unit, moving throughout the battle field, very slowly and carefully, planning out moves nicely and working together. Using tactics and plans to win the game!

The Suicider

This is always fun to do when you've only got a couple of paintballs left in a match, every team will have one of these guys, who'll simply run blind out in front of everyone, dodging as many paintballs as possible, jumping over rocks, dashing between trees for cover. Only problem with doing this all game, if you get shot out in the first 30 seconds, you have to sit out the rest of the game

The Coward

I've never been paintballing without seeing at least 5 cowards in the game, these are the guys who'll stay back, with plenty of cover, moving very slowing and looking everywhere afraid somebody is going to pop up. These guys usually last most the game, but rarely get to shoot at a target.

The Pro

I always see a couple of pros every time I go paintballing, these are the guys with their own helmets, amazing custom paintball guns, who are just amazing at paintballing, you'll often see them dashing around, shooting targets and hitting them while running and getting more hits then you can count!
