The Agony Of Defeat - How To Deal With A Woman's Rejection

In this life, there are things that hurt more than others

. Getting rejected for a new career position can really sting. Getting rejected by a woman that you adore and admire, now that can really hurt! There is an agony in getting rejected that men seldom talk about. It's that feeling you get when your heart sinks in your chest and you find it almost hard to breathe for a minute. You are stunned. Kind of like all of your hopes and your dreams got dashed in an instant.

It can be hard to come back from feeling that way. It certainly is not the easiest thing that a man can try to do. When you get hit below the belt like that, rejected by a woman who's rejection you cannot take, it can actually be kind of devastating. Is there a way to rebound from this? Is there a way to put things in perspective enough so that it does not destroy you?

How To Handle Rejection From a Woman...

Time and time again I offer this as my first response to a question about rejection. The BEST thing that you can do is to use any rejection from a woman as a way to become a better man. There is a lesson to be learned from it. If the rejection comes from a woman that you were in a relationship with, then there is something to be gained about having better relationships down the road. If the rejection comes from a woman you've never dated but were just attracted to, then there is a lesson to be learned in how to approach women so that they want to date you.

You can never completely eliminate rejection. No man has the divine power to literally force women to want to date them. It's always going to be a part of the process. It's more about how you handle the rejection more than anything else. Do you allow it to destroy you or do you allow it to force yourself to become better in some way?

Rejection Can Point You in the Right Direction...

I've gotten to know plenty of men who are 'good' with women. Almost every single one of them has a story from their past about how they got rejected by a woman and that is what made them learn more about attraction and more about making a woman want to date them. I have my own story that goes along those same lines. Point is, for any guy who has gotten really good with women, he has a story about rejection in his past.

The difference between them and other men, is that they allowed it to point them in the right direction and that is what made them become better at attracting women and experiencing less rejection as a result of that.
