The Amazing Sunrise Coast of Thailand

Travel south from Bangkok by road or train along the Sunrise Coast of the Gulf of Thailand and you discover an amazing coastline that offers beaches, national parks, towns, villages and rural areas.

The Sunrise Coast Thailand stretches from from Phetchaburi in the north, which is only about 1.5 hours by road from Bangkok, famous for the hilltop Old Palace and temples. Chumphon is about 250 km south of Hua Hin. Chumphon is from where ferries depart for Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and Koh Samui. The train line of operates down the coast, refer to Southern Schedule for train timetable.
