The Bad Real Estate Blogging Practices

Many Real Estate Professionals already knows the power of blogging to lift their business name to be well-known in public

. But sad to say that more than many of these professionals have no idea on how to start and to blog about to accomplish that goal. Most of the real estate blogs that you can find in the internet are mostly agent's featured listings, market stats report and copied articles converted into post.

When writing a blog with that topics mentioned above make sure that you aren't doing the bad blogging practices.

Bad blogging practice #1

If you decide to write a blog post based on the article that you had read, just summarize the article says and states your own thought in the topic. Do not copy words-by-words and the whole thought of the original author of that article. Give credit to the original author as your source by including a link back to the original article.

Bad blogging practice #2

This is the most frequently errors that most of the Real Estate professionals committed in their blog post. These are poor organization of the sentences, spelling error and poor grammar. Always double check and edit all the errors that you've found before posting it.

Bad blogging practice #3

Another is the poor quality of the chosen pictures. a bad picture or one that takes forever to load can detract from what you're trying to say or even appear to change the message that you're trying to convey.

For me the best topics to blog in your real estate blog are those that can attract the attention of the readers. Like posting your opinion about things that you know many will react and disagree. Controversial things will give you a better chance for someone to link in this kind of post. Readers will get bored if they always see purely real estate topics inside your blog. Sometimes feel free to post anything that might interest people just like national news, area's important events and your personal views and opinions about the current events.
