, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, the flotation machine, the thickener machines and dryer, when it is equipped with vibrating feeder, hoist, V belts ,it can form a complete beneficiation production line which is with characters of high-efficiency, low-power consumption, high productivity, and reasonable disposition, etc.

The process of beneficiation production line is as follows: the mining ores are firstly crushed by the jaw crusher as preliminary crushing, and after being crushed into a reasonable fineness, the material will be delivered to the ball mill through hoist and vibrating feeder, the ball mill will do crushing, grinding on the raw material. Fine materials that are already crushed and grind by the ball mill enter into the next process: classifying. The spiral classifier will do washing and classifying on the ore mixture according to the principle that ores with different proportion of solid particles will have different precipitating rates in liquid. After classification, the magnetic materials among the mineral mixture will be separated by the magnetic separator via magnetic force and mechanical force due to the reason that various minerals have different magnetic coefficient. After magnetic separator, preliminary mineral grains after the separation are sent into the flotation machine, according to different mineral properties, different drugs are added, and make the minerals and other substances separate. Desire minerals is isolated which contains a large number of moisture, they must be concentrated by the thickener, and then be dried by the dryer, After all these, you will get dry minerals.

After the ball mill, fine material of grinding ore was delivered into the next procedure: classifying. Ore mixture was classified by spiral classifier due to that they are with different proportion of solid particles and different sediment rate in the liquid.
