The commercial bread available in stores is low in quality,contrary to the claims of these companies.

There are significant disadvantages when you buy commercial bread.

Commercial bread contains traces of toxic materials such as preservative chemicals,pesticides,insecticides,anti-fungal chemicals,bromides,aluminum and many other chemicals.

These harmful substances have unhealthy side effects such as disturbances in the bowel movement process,malfunction of the digestive system and allergic reactions.

These unhealthy substances may lower the quality of life by causing bloating,diarrhea and lack of energy.

They may also adversely affect our hormones to cause hormone related ailments such as infertility.
