Isn't it funny that an average person in today's world does not have time to share

a cup of coffee with neighbors or watch the sunrise? We are all the time running against time and running after money and can do only that much in a day. Though technology is supposed to have made our life's chores easier, we find that we are becoming slaves to technology and are still running short of time.

If you are an entrepreneur running your own business, then you have a golden opportunity to get time for yourself and enjoy something precious. Instead of spending whole day running office chores and administrative tasks, you can now hire virtual assistants at very low rates with required skills and experience to do the job for you.

Yes it is true that when you start off your business, you would have to do all the jobs and stretch yourself to work round the clock if necessary. But then as you grow your business you cannot do all jobs yourself, nor can you employ someone on full time basis and add to your cost.

Once your detailed plan is ready, you can re align the tasks and identify dependencies and group similar tasks together and thereby refine your plan. List the constraints for the tasks and keep a watch on those which constraints. Now with the tasks that can be outsourced, start looking at options of hiring temp staff or students for a few hours per day or explore other avenues of using contract agency or virtual assistants.

This is the way every intelligent entrepreneur will work towards balancing and prioritizing his work to be able to focus on taking his business forward. The secret lies in balancing your time, money and energy.
