The Best King James Version Bible Passages For Strength

For many people, the KJV version of the Bible is their preferred Bible of choice

. I am not going to get into the debate as to whether it is the only version or not. I am just going to say that it is by far one of the most beautiful renditions of the Holy Scriptures that are out there. Because of that I just wanted to share with you some of my favorite passages from the Bible concerning the topic of strength. These Bible verses have seen me through many trials in life including the death of my father, my family going through divorce, and a long wait before God placed me back into ministry. I hope that you find strength for what you are going through in these scriptures as I have.

Exodus 15:2

King James Version (KJV)

2The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.

Joshua 1:9

9Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

1 Chronicles 16:11

These are my favorite scriptures on strength. If you will allow them to sink into your heart they will truly give you strength.
