Help me out here I am taking a survey...
I was just wondering if you've ever been treated unfairly? This ever happen at your job?
Interesting... I expected as much, it doesn't feel good does it?
What if that never happened again...
What if you felt honored to be associated with your co-workers?
I knew whatever company I worked with, they needed to have character because I knew what it was like to be mistreated.
I was attracted to MLM when I found out that your performance(not your title, your color, your age, your sex, etc..) will determine your level of income.
That was really exciting but that is the ideal, the model. After some research I discovered there are companies that actually let people "buy in" bumping the new guy up to a higher level of compensation if he has the money.
Is that good or bad?
This causes a greater risk to every one who gets involed in the company not to mention it goes against our principle of fairness...
If you don't really deserve the money you are making you will miss out on vital rewards. For instance by building your business to a certain level you gain product knowledge, people skills, and overall you learn how to run and maintain your business. If they are going to get paid more, it should be because they earned it and deserve it. Otherwise you'll have people saying "oh I made X amount of money in my first month" giving people the wrong impression about the business.
Unfortunately this can be presented as a plan for "only the serious business owners". This kind of pressure on people will always come back on the company.
The last thing people is getting pressured into another thing that sucks their money away. Never work with a business that says there is a way around hard work. While it may seem quicker, keep in mind of the ripple effect it will have if abused. The best mlm companies have policies designed around principles of fairness and character.
Always put fairness first, everyone starts at square one, everyone has to go through the same challenges, and everyone can win. This leaves no room for excuses and only the excellent rise to the top.
