Choosing the best pet insurance is not the same as choosing health insurance for you and me (human health insurance)

. The best pet insurance is primarily a reimbursement insurance policy. Since the best pet insurance policies reimburse you, the veterinarian you choose is up to you because the vet really has no involvement with you and the best pet insurance policy you chose.

You take your pet to the Vet and have whatever medical service is needed. Sometimes its just the yearly check up and shots', etc.

You pay the Vet out of pocket for their service and medical treatment.

covers accidents or injuries.
