How frustrating is dieting? How many times have you searched for the best way to get skinny fast and really believed that this time will be different
? It's a sobering fact that the vast majority of serious (or should that be "serial"!) dieters will nearly always manage to lose some weight when trying out the best new thing out there but that they will put it all back on, and more, within a few months of "stopping" dieting.
The truth is that the best way to get skinny fast is to do what you probably already know deep down, which is to follow a very sensible weight loss plan and combine this with lost of exercise-but this is probably not what you want to hear. What you really want to hear is that there is a miracle plan which will ensure you drop 10lbs per week over a few weeks, and, that it's easy to follow and we don't miss our food when on it.

There are a number of highly restrictive diets out there, including the liquid meal replacement diets and those which restrict whole food groups. In reality, what each and every diet is doing, despite how it is "disguised" is to reduce calories. There are several schools of thought out there on restrictive calorie diets. Some will say that they completely wreck your metabolism and that you will pile the weight back on as soon as you stop the diet. Others disagree entirely. However, there is certainly a middle ground which says that there is nothing wrong with following a restrictive diet for a couple of weeks or more and that this will not effect your metabolism.
In my opinion, the best way to get skinny fast would be to start off the first two days on a juice and vegetables only diet and then to introduce other foodgroups, but always following the principles of a healthy diet. So, you would cut out saturated fats, sugar, refined carbohydrates and calorific drinks. Your diet should be largely based on fresh foods, eaten in their natural state. Dairy products should be a reduced or no-fat version.
Exercise is also crucial if you want to know the best way to get skinny fast. However, if you are very overweight you will need to introduce this gradually. Start off with a couple of sessions of gentle walking each day, increasing the pace and distance week on week so that you feel you are challenging yourself, but not killing yourself!
