, has been named the exclusive advisor for sale of a two tenant net leased property in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

The investment sales team will be led by Boulder Group President Randy Blankstein and partner Jimmy Goodman who are marketing the recently constructed property on behalf of a private Chicago based investment partnership.

The subject property is a 62,816 square foot property built in 2007. The asset is strategically located directly across the street from a new Costco that is being developed and scheduled to open in November 2010. The property is located just east of I-355 with prominent exposure from the Interstate. Boughton Road has a full interchange with I-355 and a traffic signal at the ramps, allowing easy commuter access to the property. There are 109,300 vehicles passing the site daily on the Interstate and 24,100 vehicles passing the site on Boughton Road. Bolingbrook is an affluent Chicago suburb and a regional trade area anchored by The Promenade power center, IKEA, Bass Pro Shops, and the Costco opening in November.
