Silk is considered to be the softest fabric but cant be able to provide the warmth which is required for the body.

As the time grows many changes came into fabrics used for making thermal wares. The modern techniques use the acrylic, polyester etc as the fabrics for making thermal inners. Now a day thermal are made by using a mixture of olden techniques as well as the new one. In recent years, a combination of natural and manmade fabrics is used for making thermal wears.
