A combination of GPS, a compass and the accelerometer chip make the Nokia E7 a handy satellite navigation device, especially considering the phone comes with the latest edition of Ovi maps stored, meaning if you do find yourself lost and in an area of poor coverage, there is no need to download any maps. Online the phone comes in to its own, with the Webkit based browser supporting flash files to give an experience akin to your home desktop. Business users will be attracted to many of the features found on this model, including the unified e mail inbox which allows several varying e mail accounts to be handled in one place. Synchronisation with your Outlook account means appointments and contacts can also be easily transferred, and thanks to the aforementioned HDMI port, powerpoint presentation can also be displayed on a compatible television.
