I was listening yesterday to a lecture by a certain Professor, Professor Ravi Zacharias. He is a full-time servant of God, but most outstanding about him is his seasoned English that comes with a great appeal and the requisite urgency when lecturing about the word of God.

He told of a certain man. This man believed himself to be dead. He woke up every morning, before he went to work; he told his wife that he is dead. This went on for a long time and eventually, the wife went searching for psychiatric help for the husband.

All the psychiatrists could not help him. They then referred him to doctors. The doctors tried all the possible means to make him understand that he was not dead. But the man was astute and adamant. He still held strongly his belief that he was dead. Suddenly, in a flash of genius one of the doctors came up with a certain idea. He told the man, all living things have blood and they bleed.'

It was hard enough to convince the man that all living things have blood and the in fact bleed. Notwithstanding, as soon as the man agreed that all living things have blood and they do bleed, one of the doctors rushed and pieced the arm of the man, blood oozed out quietly.

On seeing the blood, the man quickly said, I guess dead humans have blood and do bleed!'

Do you realize that in many respects, this man was already dead?

This is the same case with those who hold out that one cannot possibly prove the existence of a creator. In fact, when one of the Darwin's proponents was asked if he died today and met God, he replied that he would tell God, You never gave me enough reason to prove your existence'. As a matter of fact, not one person has given you enough evidence that you are alive now.
