Since different spectacles wearers boast a diversity of face shapes, lenses frame has mainly been developed five types with different shapes in accordance with respective face shapes, namely, oval lenses frames, round lenses frames, oblong lenses frames, heart shaped lenses frames and square frames. The basic rule when you make a choice of eyeglasses is that the lenses frame must match your face shape, rather than the color of the lenses frame or other non-critical factors of it.

The second factor used to categorize lenses frames is the material of it, which is also quite influential thus, may attract customers with their own preference. In general, there are two kinds of lenses frame made of different materials, metal frames and plastic frames. While the former can be made of titanium, nickel, copper, beryllium, steel, aluminum etc., the latter simply consist of plastic, which featuring colorful and lightweight.

Skin tones of wearers also require different lenses frame with suitable colors----warm color or cool color, which are universally accepted. Lenses frame that adapts to cool skin tone includes black, amber, charcoal and magenta, while coral, orange, gold, red and white falling into lenses frame of warm tone.
