Scott Sullivan's "Complete Muay Thai Home Study Course" (available at www.MuayThaiHomeStudy.com ) seems to all over the place and apparently is selling very well.

But is this course really worth the money? Actually no, it is worth a lot more. Let me explain.

Let's be honest here. Most Muay Thai training Dvd disks are terrible. Most are not organized well, the techniques are few, and the instruction plain dreary. But Sullivan's Complete Muay Thai Home Study Course takes a different approach.

To start off, the material is quite detailed for beginners. Scott spends considerable time teaching the finer points of the basics.

The coaching is rather engaging. I don't know how often I've been put to slumber watching mundane martial arts instructional videos in the past. This stuff though is presented in an interesting fashion.

Along with the great instruction, they have lightning fast shipping

The course is pretty well structured. The fundamentals, Thai pads, punch mitts, etc. are all taught in a gradual fashion. The teaching is simple to follow. Sullivan seems to have alot of experience to back up what he says.

All in all, This is possibly the very best Muay Thai series available. This DVD set is an excellent training aid

The one problem on this set is the price.It runs about $150 . However I reckon that if you consider simply how much it costs to actually join a gym, its pretty sensible given the quality of material within this set.

The series also has advanced training sets, a special "Secrets from Thailand" set shot in Thailand with Thai trainers, and a counterattacking series.

If you're new, try the first set first, then add the others if you feel like you need it.
