Yet another noteworthy innovation by SSBM was hosting a specially crafted day long workshop for faculty members. As part of the prestigious Symbiosis group, SSBM regularly organizes seminars for students however this workshop was organized for the teachers on the 3rd of November, early last month. Yes! The day long workshop titled Industry Academia Confluence for Curriculum Delineation was organized as a platform where teachers from SSBM exchanged views to improvise on the existing learning process as well as updating the curriculum based on industry feedback. The workshop saw active participation from SSBM faculty and expert bankers from the industry. Post lunch the brainstorming session between academicians and industry experts emerged as the high point of the workshop as they exchanged views and suggested relevant changes in teaching style to maximize the learning through the MBA in Banking Management.
