Vertical impact crusher lubrication system temperature can be automatically detected: when oil temperature below 15 C, it can automatically heat and the pump start at the same time, cycling in the entire oil line; when heat it to 15 C, the temperature controller gives signal to PLC delay 3 minutes to stop the heating, one minute later, the oil pump to stop cycling, then to start the oil pump. Lubricating oil flows into the host, the oil pump work for one minute and the flow reaches the set value, white the host starts to work. If the oil temperature rebound falls below 15 , the heating system does not work, but it does not affect the normal operation of the host. Host due to mechanical friction, oil temperature will gradually rise, the system will automatically lower the temperature to 40 . If temperatures higher than 70 C for 10 minutes, the PLC will give host stop signal (white indicating destroy and intermediate relay KA disconnect) to protect the host. First stop the host, and shutdown lubrication system when other host impeller completely stop stably. Among them, 15 C, 40 C, 70 C are for the factory settings. Only the lubrication system is working properly, the host can operate to protect host bearings and avoid significant losses.
