Although China's iron ore part beneficiation technology and concentrate quality has reached the international advanced level, because of China's iron ore is poor, miscellaneous, and small and various, the requirements on iron concentrate make new challenges to our beneficiation. Therefore, China's metallurgical and mining beneficiation technology still has a deeper development:

(1) As for the grinding and sorting equipment, we should do a good job on introducing and cooperatively developing energy-efficient ultra-fine grinding equipment, increasing the introduction and digestion of foreign advanced technology and equipment, as soon as possible to enhance the overall level of China's iron ore technical equipment .

(2) We should further strengthen the research on dissemination size, fine red iron ore and complex multi-metal red iron ore beneficiation technology to further improve the utilization of lean red iron ore in China.

(3) Promote the use of magnetic separation - reverse flotation, efficient magnetic separation (magnetic re-election), and other high-quality iron ore beneficiation technology, the beneficiation process should be as efficient, simple.

(4) continue to attach importance to the iron ore concentrate to raise iron content and reduce silicon technology, pay future attention to reduce other harmful impurities such as S, P, K, Na, F.

(5) in pharmaceutical processing, we should focus on the development of a variety of non-toxic agents which are with ores adaptability, efficient, low-temperature-resistant,; focus on R & D efficient collector which can float un-quartz silicate gangue minerals, and expand the application of the anti-flotation process.
