Thin and cheap paper or expensive thick paper If you want to know if thin and cheap is best over expensive and thick paper, then you know that for the most part, the more expensive thick paper is always the best to use, especially for commercial posters. Thicker paper means a longer life for your color poster, giving you an extended reach for your promotional campaign. This gives you a lot more impact than those cheaper thinner color poster prints.
