It is not easy to find a good job for new graduates, especially find a good job in a great company. However, I am a lucky dog, finding such a good job in a great company, dinodirect Limited. I have been working for 2 years in this company since I graduated. I witnessed a great change of this company during that period. Here I want to share with you some of my special feelings since I entered in the company.
The change I witness in 2 years
When I first entered the company, there were only 6 customer service representatives at that time, just replying emails. We were busy doing all many things by ourselves everyday. For example, we were supposed to email our customers on person by telling them that their item has been shipped, or their item's shipping status and so on. When the customer had questions about product, we had to ask expert to and replied them in 2 days.
However, all those had been changed right now. They could be done automatically now. Now we have a 24-hour working team with 30 persons to make sure that all the customer's problems could be solved at the first time. The team of customer service representative has various services, including the reply of customer's email and call-in. We have established professional knowledge base, which can help us find the relevant answers immediately.
Our work efficiency has been greatly improved, yet our team members have also been greatly increased due to the large amount of our customers.
Another change is the relocation of our office. We worked one kilometer from the city center before, we are in the most prosperous central business centre, instead. What's more, we need not pay for the rent because the government arranged that for our company due to our good performance in the b2c field.
The CEO in my eyes
I am just a common worker in the company, not a supervisor. However, I saw the CEO on the company's annual party; he sang a song for us. When it came to a game, I spoke to him for I while. To my surprised, he was so kind. He asked my name and my feeling about that party. I told him.
In my imagination, the CEOs often sit in the office and just make plans for company, not like mine. However, he called me my name when we met in the elevator after 6 months. I could not believe that he can even remember my name. I was so moved and happy because my name was remembered by somebody in the company, who happily was my CEO. Later, I knew that many people stay in this company only because of him. I want to say that such a CEO is really a successful one.
Enjoyment of the meeting
Every company holds meeting, so does ours. Many people even hate meeting, but not in my company. We have a meeting each Tuesday, when our company will prepare many kinds of fruits for us. Sometimes, we even have dried food in cause of hungry. The company is really considerate. We could speak freely on the meeting. If we have any good ideas, we could talk about it on the meeting. One colleague was even promoted by providing good ideas.
I am very happy to be one member of the company. What's more, I have the chance to develop my ability. I hope I will also be promoted one day. Customers bless my company.
