RIM Company has promised to provide the Indian government with the decoding technology solution to relieve the anxiety of the message privacy. The insiders predicted that more countries would require the mobile data decoding support. The BlackBerry may lose its fascination of the end to end encryption technology.

The analysts think that though the senior executives of the company appear to be confident in resolving the problem, they are still losing the trust of the users. The RIM Company is facing the challenge of the losing customer.

According to the claim of the Indian officials, RIM has offered the government the important information and tool to help to supervise of the wireless e-mails and instant message communication service. Before, the government has required the RIM to make the private network transparent. Otherwise, it will end the RIM e-mails and message service.

The emerging economy market is the main business growth point. According to the financial statement of 2009, the profit outside the North American market is about 37% of the annual 15.0 billion dollars. Indian is the fastest growing market for the global business of RIM. If the blackberry phone is prohibited in the area, 41 million Indian users could only make calls or browse the web pages with the phone.

The end to end encryption technology makes the governments lose the monitoring of the blackberry communication data. And all the communication data should pass through the overseas server of RIM Company. It can turn to be a potential threat to the emerging countries with active terrorism. The Indian Ministry of State Security even suspected that the terrorists planed and launched the Mumbai attack through the security service.

The Asia's leading IT media CyberMedia editor pointed out that the terrorists would communicate in a mode which can't be tracked. However, most of the e-mails in the BlackBerry phone can be tracked. The e-mails are not always in the private state.

The vice president of RIM Robert said he is positive about the problem-resolving of backberry in Indian. In no condition that the security frame can be read by RIM or any third party. The government can protect the security in many ways, but the law enforcement can't violate the commercial security.

RIM is trying to remove the worry of the E-mail service security of BlackBerry phone. According to the market survey, the largest world smartphone platforms are Symbian, Blackberry, Android and iOS. There are also blackberry phones supplied by wholesale electronics online shop.

It's said that RIM has had a conference call with the Wall Street titans including the Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan to explain the blackberry information security problem. At present, at least one customer is not satisfied with the explanation. The analyst Scott Sutherland said that RIM must make the customers believe the security of the information system is guaranteed.

For the company, it's crucial to protect the communication privacy and security of the Blackberry commercial customers. The customers may give up it if the communication security can't be protected.
