Let me tell you, I really hate dealing with support ticket systems online, I remember the days when it was just email, you have a problem? you just send an email and get a response. Now you have to sign up to another site and submit a damn support ticket, just to get a return email saying your ticket has been recieved. Whoever invented this should just un invent it for lack of better words let me tell you.

Support tickets are anoying, and useless, what I mean is, if you send in a ticket for help on a subject and your able to read the responses anyway in email, what good is a support ticket system? It's usless and just bothers people and it's a waste of valueble time and energy. I think it was made to detir people from emailing questions, and any product that detirs me from finding more information out about that product is no product I wish to buy.

Support Ticket systems come with many product sites such as web hosting. I really never had a problem with my web hosting and thank god they have online chat. I think online chat is better then having a support ticket but then again half the time you get someone that just doesn't know what the hell they are talking about, or their located somewhere in India and just can't provide the knowledge of the product that you need. That is the biggest waste of time but at least you don't have to deal with support tickets when your in online chat. I love online chat.

When I buy products online I look at this kind of stuff and it allows me to make a better decission as to weather or not I want to buy from that company. I think support of any kind is important, however it depends on where the company is located weather it be the USA or outside the US normally support from most hosting companies is pretty good but when it comes to sending in tickets I just hate that and won't do it anymore.
