Everything is going along as normal when the tingling starts in my cheeks, I try and take control and hold it back before it gets out of control. I know what is about to happen and I feels like I am hopeless and cant do anything about it.
As I continue to walk past the group of people and approach the front of the room the tingling quickly turns into a burning sensation. I know as soon as I turn around my face is going to be glowing red and everyone is going to start to look and stare.
