In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, mashed bananas
, eggs and vanilla. Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, lightly fold this mixture to the dry ingredients. Fold until the combined batter is thick. Do not over mix because this will result into hard and chewy bread. Pour mixture into the baking pan and bake until the bread is golden brown. To be sure that the bread is cooked, stick a toothpick into it and if the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done. Let the bread cool for a while then remove it from the pan. Serve while warm to enjoy the full freshness of the bread or if you intend it to be eaten at a later time, freeze the bread. This recipe can make a loaf measuring 9 x 5 x 3 inches.
