When I first started at my Network business, my team leader cancelled the Co-ops program for new members at M2 level, this seemed to be a blow to my expectations, but now I understand his decision. To be a leader, you must earn your stripes. This is done by doing your homework, and putting in action, lots of action in your daily routine in order to get results by yourself. I'm sure it was not easy for him, but he stuck to it for the long-term benefit of each new member and the long-term progress of the system. Progress comes with hard work, there is no getting around. It comes with the territory. The leader will have to make decision based on Gut Filing time to time. When the situation arrives and you don't have the sufficient data, a useful technique is to list the pros and cons, go to the core of the situation and ask what your gut felling says "YES" or "NO". And remember a Bad Decision is Often Better than No Decision.
