It is a platform for many emerging young artistes to establish themselves from. It also plays a major part in cultural exchanges with neighbouring countries and promotes the arts in all forms and cultures. The Fringe Club exceptionally also produces its own theatrical and other exhibition performances.

Given the ritzy feel of the restaurants, bars and roof garden, the Fringe Club has also become home to those who simply wish to enjoy a drink surrounded by an artistic atmosphere or those who wish to engage in literal or theatrical debate.
