. Both are always used when relating a success story. Whether in sports, entertainment, or business, there is something common in the successes of these people: they love what they do, a passion for their dreams.

Amidst great technological advancement in film making, there is one film producer who does not want to fake his building explosion or avalanche scenes. Christopher Nolan has never released a flop since his debut. After the success of his movie, The Dark Knight, comes the critically acclaimed Inception where his genius was clearly displayed by the use of rotating rooms, zero-gravity floats, avalanche, and more special effects that did not use modern CGIs. Rooms would really rotate; mountains would really explode to create an avalanche - all because Nolan loves doing realistic scenes.

In the world of business, it is not enough to love money to become CEO. You should love your company, the nature of it, the products, and the services that your company offers. Take it from Steve Jobs, who said that he is proud of his company because they do not sell garbage. It is true and it is obvious.

This is also the case with Gadi Leshem, the CEO of a floor installation company. At the same time, he is a movie producer. He produced a movie that showcases the beauty that is in, and that can happen to Ogden, Utah. He claimed to have loved Ogden so much that he had been buying real estates there.

Gadi Leshem also heads the river restoration project in Ogden. The Ogden River is said to be negatively impacted by heavy industrialization around the city, thus slightly damaging the rivers ecosystem. Leshem envisioned an urban living that well interacts and non-damaging to the river condominiums, hotels, restaurants, commercial areas that can thrive without destroying the nature under it.

Imagine Gadi Leshem creating something out of his intertwining endeavors perhaps a movie set in that urban city he built above Ogden River. Many are optimistic about Leshems project. With his creativity, and love for his craft, Leshem is a genius the whole world is about to see. He is a proof that love knows no boundaries.
