In addition being stressed out mentally, truck drivers also suffer from many physical complications due to their harsh way of living.This type of lifestyle will have you endng up with things such as high cholesterol, arthritis, high blood pressure, obesity and back pain.This due to the fact that there are long hours sitting in one place.

In order to make the lifestyle a little easier, many truck drivers will begin looking for team trucking assignments.This still makes you spend time away from home for long hours.But, another person will split the driving. You might have to split the pay also.

But this might not solve the problem.Sure, there is a second driver.But, it might drive you crazy if you spend twenty four hours a day in a truck with the same person day after day.This means that you are getting another type of problems to deal with. Is it really worth it?
