The power button doubles as the mode button. You can choose straight video, an hour or more depending on the size of your memory card, sequences, repeat shots, set the timer or delete unwanted images or videos. You will enjoy the option of two separate audio settings. Without getting into audio specifics, suffice it to say the camera performs will in HI mode when you are recording in low noise environments. You can easily toggle into LO mode when you're screaming down the road to get that impressive engine noise but filter out annoying wind noise.

Another exceptional feature is the ability to take this camera underwater. Using the included camera housing made of fiercely strong polycarbonate you can safely take the Hero to depths of up to a hundred feet!

After a long day of extreme activity, simply plug the camera into your PC or Mac. No software or drivers are required. The camera will appear as an image device or an external storage device. Just plug it in and get instant access to your pictures and videos.
