The Empire State Building is one of the landmarks that set the City of New York apart from the rest of the states. For forty years, from 1931 to 1972, it was hailed as the tallest building in the world with a height of 1,454 feet up to its tallest point. Currently, it is once more the tallest building in New York, after the World Trade Center collapsed in 2001.

There are a lot of tourists who line up just to be at the observation deck of the Empire State Building. You have to pay a certain fee for the ticket, but you can be at the front line if you pay an extra fee.
