The HTC Desire HD features both Facebook and Twitter with Sense user interface on

the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system to deliver a seamless and fats experience. It also has an 8 megapixel camera for HD video recording and image capture along with GPS services and more.

The handset features a Gallery application to view videos and images which can also be shared to a large screen compatible television via a DLNA connection in order to view them in greater clarity and share with more people. The handset itself has a WVGA resolution (480 by 800 pixel) 4.3 inch touch screen display with pinch to zoom capability with the Sense user interface which makes everything on the latest Android operating system run smoothly along with the aid of the 1 GHz processor and 768 megabytes of random access memory (RAM) included in the handset.

The Desire HD has a powerful 8 megapixel auto focus camera with a dual LED flash for poor lighting conditions and built-in image capture effects include depth of field, vignette and more. Video recording is in 720 pixel High Definition providing the perfect picture quality for video clips. Both images and videos have automatic location tagging (Geotagging) and can be instantly shared through email, multimedia messaging or integrated social networks such as Facebook, Flickr for photos and YouTube for videos respectively.

The handset has 1.5 gigabytes of internal storage expanded by a microSD card slot (which has SD 2.0 compatibility) which provides further storage memory to the handset or photos, videos and applications which can be downloaded to the phone form the Android Market. Music can also be downloaded and played back through the Music player which plays music through the Dolby Mobile and SRS virtual surround sound technology. There is also an integrated FM stereo radio for live music and news on the move, and other connectivity includes Bluetooth 2.1 with enhanced data rate (EDR) inlacing the A2DP wireless stereo profile, and the 3.5mm audio jack connection for headphones.

The HTC Desire HD is an impressive touch screen handset with an intuitive user interface and powerful operating system matched by its powerful processor and RAM hardware along with an 8 megapixel camera which is capable of HD video recording. Along with its many preloaded applications for music, social networking and messaging it also allows you to add more resources to your handset with the Android Market, and of course multiple applications can be run simultaneously.
