The HTC Desire provides integrated Facebook offering a fast and easy way to stay connected to your friends when not at you computer. Additionally, the GPS allows the Footprints application to work which offers turn by turn navigation by either foot or in car, and moves the orientation of the display between portrait and landscape as you move the handset, due to the accelerometer sensor featured. The digit compass also means that you are always being directed in the right direction. The Weather widget also uses your present location to tell you what the weather is doing where you are.
