It is important if you are going to be using these types of statistics, however, that you choose a company that is going to compile them in a way that will provide with the most amount of accuracy possible. After all, the last thing that you would want to do is to go in with some type of outdated statistics and end up not understanding their needs. That can really make a difference in your success.

You also need to understand who it is that you should contact so that you can be successful as well. If you go all the way to the CEO of the hospital, it is unlikely that you are going to have any success at all. Although they are in charge, they do not generally make the big decisions on purchases and similar items. The administrators, however, are the people who are really going to make the decisions. Of course, they are going to need to take the decision before the board, but if you are able to contact them and make a good case, they are the ones that are going to be able to present you with the work if it is approved.
