So the healthiest "meal" ever for our physical body can be no other than... pure, clean mineral water!

For those that may disagree on that, I will prove it: Just think, how much time could we survive without crunching anything between our teeth? (i.e. without eating something solid). Maybe a couple of weeks or even one or two months for those who are strongest. Now, how much time could we stay alive without drinking a single drop of water? A week?

Some could say that they have drunk no water during weeks or even months, but that is not so. Water is found in all the food we are having everyday, and many times it is the main compound. We would be surprised to know how much water we are "eating" when having salad, vegetables and fruits.

For this reason, many acknowledged nutritionists recommend to drink, at least, two liters of plain water each and every day. I fully support this advice since water is the best restorer for our physical body that can ever be.

Another recommendation: water should be taken between meals, when there is no digestion at work. The reason for this is that, in some cases, a great amount of liquid makes digestion difficult and heavy.

Now, it is not always easy to drink two or three glasses full of plain water, especially if we are not particularly thirsty. In that case, it is advisable to tackle our drinking water question when we are hungry! So instead of a sweet, a biscuit or an ice cream, let's take a half liter pure mineral water and the "hungry sensation" will then disappear. And if doesn't, we can then take another half liter.

This is also a good practice for those people who want to lose weight. Instead of eating cookies and sweets, let us "eat" a sound, pure and balanced mineral water to restore and refresh all the cells in our body.

To summarize, drinking as much mineral water as we can will help us to keep our body fit and active as we need it to be. In addition, drinking much water can aid us to lose superfluous weight... in some cases at any rate.
