Meanwhile, the handset is powered by a Qualcomm 1 Gigahertz processor and 576 megabytes of random access memory (RAM) allowing the handset to power multiple applications at once, meaning that as you listen to music you can be surfing the Web or replying to emails. Additionally, there is 512 megabytes of read only memory which also assists the RAM and processor to work seamlessly and switch easily between applications.

The phone offers an integrated GPS antenna which works with the camera to offer automatic Geotagging which adds location based information to videos and photos as they are taken. Additionally, the GPS allows the Footprints application to work which offers turn by turn navigation by either foot or in car, and moves the orientation of the display between portrait and landscape as you move the handset, due to the accelerometer sensor featured. The digit compass also means that you are always being directed in the right direction. The Weather widget also uses your present location to tell you what the weather is doing where you are.
