The HTC Wildfire shows all the latest updates in one app

, including the school networking sites Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. It makes it easy to share favourite apps with friends and is easily customised and adaptable to the users needs.

The handset has a 3.2 inch captive touch screen with pinch to zoom functionality and a resolution of 240 by 320 QVGA technology. The touch screen display provides an elegant user interface with the HTC Sense addition to the Android 2.1 Eclair operating system utilised by the phone. When the handset rings the user can put the phone screen-side down and it mutes the ringer, while also lowering the volume when the user merely picks the handset up.

The Wildfire has includes a Gallery application for viewing photos and videos which the user has made with the 5 megapixel auto focus camera with a flash and geotagging, while the Music application supports all major audio file formats for playback through the sorted library, in addition to the integrated FM radio offered.

The handset has an internal GPS antenna and as well as Google Maps for directions and route planning, it also has HTC Footprints which provides turn by turn navigation from A to B for the user along with local points of interest and favourite places, and the digital compass integrated also helps to keep the user going in the right direction.

The phone has a fast 528 megahertz processor clock speed to help power its operating system which offers seamless multi-tasking between multiple applications and widgets at once, while the user can also add more to their phone with the microSD card slot which provides up to 32 gigabytes of storage memory, also handy for photos and videos.

The HTC Wildfire combines an elegant and simplistic touch screen handset with a powerful operating system and many reloaded features that provide a wide variety of useful services to the user including the navigation and multimedia applications. It also offers seamless email and messaging and a combined app for social networking to make it easier than ever to share photos and videos taken on the impressive 5 megapixel camera.
