This may infect all the computers of your office, and may even leak crucial information about your company, and not only this, you may also end up losing all the data, and information, which was stored in the computers of your office.

Employing and using these, simple policies will benefit your company in many ways. You should make a written consent, and get it signed by your employee before hiring him or her. The consent should state all the policies of your company with their consequences if the policy is broken. This will make you confident, and will keep you out of all the troubles.

Following these simple policies will not only save the reputation and dignity of your company, but will also keep your employees be dedicated to the work, as their minds will not be diverted by other activities. The time limitation policy will save you a lot of money, as excessive usage of internet may cost you more.
