The schools program is also intended to get their students working on the studio as soon as possible. At their first semester, students are given projects to work on.

New students and sophomores work as assistant engineers and runners for the junior and senior students. Seniors and juniors are given the chance to work on university-sponsored projects as lead engineers, mixing, planning and producing projects.
